The Crossbeam AI Summit, is a virtual event on December 9 for partnership, sales, and ops teams, where you'll hear from Salesforce, Glean, Lovable, and more, watch demos of ecosystem data working inside AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT, and Glean, and get a first look at what Crossbeam is building next.

Crossbeam has hosted some epic events over the years: The Supernode conference, Reveal’s Partner-Led series, and the ELG Summit, just to name a few.
This year, we are continuing to build on this tradition with a new virtual event that speaks to the most exciting and innovative ways that work is getting done at the intersection of partner ecosystems, sales, and ops. It’s called The Crossbeam AI Summit.
The Crossbeam AI Summit 2026 is happening online on December 9, from 11:00 AM to 3:40 PM ET. It's a virtual event for partnership leaders, sales leaders, and the ops teams who wire it all together, built around one idea: your ecosystem is your AI edge.
Over four hours, you'll hear from teams at industry leaders like Salesforce, Lovable, Glean, and others. You'll watch live demos that turn ecosystem data into real outcomes inside the AI tools your team already uses. And you'll get a look at what we're building next.
Where this event came from
For the past few years, our annual virtual customer event has been the ELG Summit. It grew alongside the idea of ecosystem-led growth: the data your partners already have about your shared customers and prospects is one of the most valuable, and most underused, go-to-market assets.
That idea still holds. What changed this year is how the work is getting done and the scale of the impact that it makes. More and more of the people using Crossbeam data never open Crossbeam’s UI day-to-day. They ask AI clients like Claude, ChatGPT, or Glean about an account, and the answer comes back with partner context attached. The Crossbeam MCP is available to every customer, and usage is growing exponentially. The agents have arrived, and they're hungry for context.
So the ELG Summit is evolving into the Crossbeam AI Summit. Same community, same conviction about ecosystem data, with the focus on where that data now does its best work: inside the agents and AI systems your team relies on every day.
Your ecosystem is your AI edge
Here's the uncomfortable truth about most AI in go-to-market today. Every company's agents draw on the same commodity context: their own CRM, the same handful of data brokers, and the open web. Same models, same inputs, same answers. Your agents and your competitor's agents end up sounding like twins.
There's another layer of data those agents can't see: what your partners know. Which customers you share. Where your partners already have relationships. What deals they're working on right now. That's live data, direct from your partners' CRMs, shared through the partnerships you've built on the Crossbeam network of more than 30,000 companies. It's second-party data, and it's data your AI systems can't get anywhere else.
That's what makes it so valuable to an agent. Picture a salesperson’s copilot prepping her for a call. Without partner context, it summarizes the account's website and the last few CRM notes. With it, the copilot tells her a partner has a champion at the account, just closed their own deal there, and already cleared the same security review that's stalling hers. It identifies strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats that increase the chances of winning big. The first briefing sounds smart. The second one drives real revenue.
That's the thread running through the whole summit: how teams build their ecosystem data asset, turn it into signals, and get those signals to the reps and agents making decisions at the moment it matters.
What's on the agenda
Nearly every session pairs a conversation with a live demo. Most AI projects stall somewhere between "we should do this" and "here's how it actually runs," so we want you to see the second part.
- Getting the Crossbeam MCP live in your stack. How the MCP connects your ecosystem data to Claude, ChatGPT, Glean, and the tools around them like Gong and Notion, so your agents and the teams they support get partner context wherever they work.
- Glean's AI ecosystem signal engine. I'll sit down with the Glean team to talk about how they use AI in their own go-to-market motion. Then we'll show the Crossbeam MCP running inside Glean.
- Ecosystem data as a GTM operating system, with Lovable's Dan O'Leary. Dan wired Crossbeam into every AI tool in his stack to power personalized outreach, partner prep, and live deal intelligence. Lovable is one of the companies building modern AI, and it uses ecosystem data to grow its own business. We'll demo one of Dan's workflows.
- Salesforce. Agentforce, the Salesforce marketplace, native MCP client support, and how to connect a third-party MCP server like Crossbeam's into an Agentforce workflow, with a live demo.
- The Crossbeam Solution Partners Showdown. Our solution partners present seven-minute case studies of what they've built for their clients. You vote on the winner.
- The Crossbeam product roadmap. Our product team walks through what we shipped this year and where we're headed next.
Who should be there
This event is for the people responsible for turning AI investment into revenue:
- Partnerships teams turning their ecosystem into pipeline, and into a key input for their company's AI.
- Sales reps and leaders who want partner signal at the deal moment, not after it.
- RevOps and AI ops teams who pipe data into CRMs, workflows, and agents, and govern what those agents can use.
- Growth and marketing teams personalizing outbound with data their competitors don't have.
If someone asked you this year "what's our AI strategy?" and the honest answer was a slide full of logos, this one's for you. You'll leave with specific workflows other teams are already running, and a clear picture of how to run them yourself.

Your agents are only as good as what they know. Come see what they can do once they know what your partners know.
