Hope is not a strategy
But it’s frequently a partner enablement strategy.
Spray and pray is not the way.
(Dang… apparently today is the day for bumper sticker sayings)
Partner enablement has to be more than creating an asset, sending it out, talking about it once, and then crossing your fingers that the referrals will start pouring in.
Partner enablement starts with a relationship.
It starts with giving 🤲.
It starts with empathy and understanding 🫂.
It starts with curiosity 🤔.
Then it moves into a workflow, relevant, up—to—date, and engaging content that is easily accessible and meets people where they are.
Easy being the key.
If you’re trying to change people’s behavior from the outside in, you’ve got a long and likely impossible road ahead of you.
