The short answer to this question is yes, but it’s not dead. It might sound like a hyperbole, but if we really take a step back and look at the facts, it’s not hard to see that direct needs some TLC.


The problem is that marketers try to revive direct marketing with the same strategies that have brought about its demise.


You can’t fix something that’s down-trending with more inbound and outbound, you have to fix it with different.
