Hack your way into partnerships
The single biggest thing working against partner managers is that leadership teams don’t know anything about partnerships... like at all.
Stop waiting for them to understand.
Stop waiting for resources.
Stop asking for permission.
These things will never come, and there is a decent chance you will get laid off while waiting...
Find those blessed early supporters of partnerships at your organization and build something yourself!
Guerilla partnerships are sometimes the only play.

Stop selling on hard mode
Your AEs only have 3-5 hours of engagement with a prospect to build enough trust to ask for their business.
❓ What would happen if you leveraged the relationships they already trusted?
❓ What would happen if you already knew the challenges they faced?
❓ What would happen if you already had the answers to the test?

Trust matters. A lot.
The way people buy has changed.
We’re constantly bombarded with information and advertisements.
When we try to make a purchase, we often find ourselves lost in a sea of options, unsure of what to choose. 🤔
Just take a moment to think about this:
Whenever you have a problem, who do you turn to? Your mom, best friend, colleagues, or people you know who have faced similar issues.
We’re no longer focused on how to do things.
It’s about who you trust. Who do you surround yourself with when making purchasing decisions, rather than just a fancy label or a cold sales email (although those can certainly help 😅).
